Our terms and conditions comply with UK legislation and are designed to ensure that our customers can shop easily and with confidence with beadlebopdesign.co.uk

In these terms and conditions, “we” “us” and “our” refers to Beadlebop Design. Your access to and use of all information on this website including purchase of our product/s is provided subject to the following terms and conditions. The information is intended for residents of the United Kingdom only. Your use of the website will represent your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Shopping

You can order products online via www.beadlebop.co.uk . When you place an order for a product you are offering to buy it for the price stated. We will send you an order acknowledgement by email. We may refuse to accept an order if;

1. We do not receive your payment

2. There has been a pricing or products description error

3. The ordered products are out of stock or discontinued

In any refusal, we will immediately refund your credit card for the total amount debited where your credit card has been charged.

Payment

You must pay for your order before it is delivered and you can do so by credit card, debit card through our payment provider.

Beadlebop design uses the latest security measures to protect your details when you shop with us. All payments are collected and processed by .We never see your credit card number.

Availability

We try to keep our site up to date, however we can not guarantee that all our products will always be in stock. If an item is out of stock we will aim to deliver within 28 days. If we cannot dispatch an item to you within the specified time you can request cancellation and we will cancel the order and refund your money in full.

Order Cancellations

For most items on our website you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving the goods. If you wish to cancel your order you can notify us by contacting our customer services.

You cannot cancel your order if the goods that you have ordered are personalised or custom made to your requirements. Due to the nature of our products, they are immediately sent for production. Please check your order during order process and the confirmation email carefully (you may also print copy of your order upon payment if you are registered with us) as we cannot refund or cancel your order for personalised products which have been miss-spelt by the customer or you have had a change of heart.

Delivery

Subject to credit clearance and availability of stock, we aim to deliver non-personalised items within 3 days but please allow up to 7 days delivery. Delivery for personalised goods is 14 days. If you need an item urgently please call 0330 122 6887 and we will do our best to oblige.

UK: All items are either sent to you by first class recorded mail, or dpd tracked and signed

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

In the case of embroidery or printed products, the ownership and copyright of all digitised designs and artworks provided by the supplier is and remains with the owner and proprietor of Beadlebop Design.

The responsibility for ensuring that copyright and ownership laws are maintained in respect of all artwork supplied by the customer for inclusion in an order remains with the customer. To the fullest extent permitted at law the supplier shall not be liable for claims arising from the misuse or breach of copyright and/or ownership of artwork.

The customer agrees to allow the supplier to use images of any and all finished products and embroidery patterns and designs for the purposes of advertising and marketing the supplier’s business. This shall include, but not be limited to publication of such images on the supplier’s website.
From time to time, the supplier may wish to exhibit garments and/or other textiles bearing logos and/or designs owned by a Customer for the purpose of promoting the supplier’s business.

We are contactable by phone and email and social media channels during the following hours Monday - Friday 9am - 5.00 pm and all our dispatch timescales do not include weekends or bank holidays. Our shop opening times are different to the stated contact hours to allow for max production times. The shop hours are Tuesday to Saturday 10.00 - 3.00

Returns Policy

We hope that you will be satisfied with your purchase. If you feel that you need to return an item, we will keep this process simple. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

We have no liability to you unless you notify us of any damaged, defective or incorrect quantity items within 48 hours of delivery. You must return goods within 7 days of receiving, in an unused state complete with packaging and all components, and we will refund you the price you paid for that product excluding postage and package. Please note that refunds of the purchase price for items bought as gifts can only be given to the original purchaser.

The cost of the return is your responsibility, except if the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit, we recommend sending the package by Recorded or Special Delivery services.

Our return policy does not apply to items which have been personalised or custom made for you or you have provided incorrect or inaccurate information during order process. If the goods that we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective, we will replace the goods.

Please note that product returns are not able to be accepted in person at our office address and you must contact us in writing or by email before returning the goods.

Images have been provided for illustrative purposes only and we do not guarantee that any image will reproduce in true colour on your computer monitor nor that any given image will reflect or portray the full design or options relating to that product.

This website may from time to time contain hyperlinks to other websites. Such links are provided for convenience only and we take no responsibility for the content and maintenance of or privacy compliance by any linked website. Any hyperlink on our website to another website does not imply our endorsement, support, or sponsorship of the operator of that website nor of the information and/or products which they provide.

Liability

To the full extent permitted by law, our liability for breach of an implied warranty or condition is limited to the supply of the goods and/or services again or payment of the costs of having those goods and/or services supplied again. We accept no liability for any loss whatsoever including consequential loss suffered by you arising from product/s we have supplied.

Disclaimers

Whilst we have taken all due care in providing the information on our website, we do not provide any warranty either express or implied including without limitation warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, any condition or warranty which would otherwise be implied into these terms and conditions is excluded. We also take all due care in ensuring that our website is free of any virus, worm, Trojan horse and/or malware, however we are not responsible for any damage to your computer system which arises in connection with your use of our website or any linked website.

Indemnity

By accessing our website, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from all claims, actions, damages, costs and expenses including legal fees arising from or in connection with your use of our website.

Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are to be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and any claim made by either party against the other which in any way arises out of these terms and conditions will be heard in England and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of those Courts. If any provision in these terms and conditions is invalid under any law the provision will be limited, narrowed, construed or altered as necessary to render it valid but only to the extent necessary to achieve such validity. If necessary the invalid provision will be deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Privacy

We undertake to take all due care with any information which you may provide to us when accessing our website. However we do not warrant and cannot ensure the security of any information which you may provide to us. Information you transmit to us is entirely at your own risk although we undertake to take reasonable steps to preserve such information in a secure manner. Our compliance with privacy legislation is set out in our separate Privacy Policy which may be accessed from our home page.

These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
